While the stories from my recent visit to Canada may initially appear unrelated to family history, they are, in fact, deeply intertwined. I certainly would never have had the opportunity to explore a tiny section this incredible country in such great depth and stay with someone not directly related to me by blood if it hadn’t been for the life choices and decisions made by our parents before us.
I hope the title of this website Funny where life takes you serves as a strong foundation for this concept.
